Understanding how far the ball goes for you to get more consistent with all your clubs. The first step to improving your golf; no two people get the same distance so let's find out what yours is.

Female golfers should understand something important about getting more distant when playing golf. We want you to experiment with what works best for you; we recommend trying this out in a practice area or the field. A good exercise is to try throwing the club and see how far you can throw it, as in golf; you are throwing the club under your arm, so growing comfortable with throwing the club around is a great place to start. The lighter the shaft, the further it will go. Also, see what grip gives you the most distance when you do this.
