Putting the ball into training holes. Using blindfolds to see if you can skip the club off the ground to feel the bounce without using your eyes, finding your V where the release point is for the club you are using.
It's a great way to practice and have fun ; you must trust what you are doing in the golf swing. It's a great way to start finding your balance to strike your golf ball more consistently so you create muscle memory to take all the tension away and swing free. Another great exercise is to try swinging your club from shoulder to shoulder. Do not lift the club of the shoulder. Just throw in downward while rotating with a blindfold on. This is brilliant for finding balance in your golf swing.
