Week 1 Task get ladder or a chair and some ping pong ball’s grip the club right down to the end where the rubber meets the matel on your club to get maximum spin.

Start hitting the ping pong ball with backspin in between each step up along the ladder for good ball contact every day 100 balls for 60 days

get a box, basked or bucket lay it down flat on ground and start chipping balls into it, start doing this having the ball at the back ot your stance.

Task for week one ….. get some ping pong ball just hold the club what ever way that it feels comfortable
